Energy metering systems and active energy accounting
We are authorized by the Customs and Monopolies Agency for the inspection of energy meters and metering systems, and we operate as LAT center 00127 for the calibration of active electrical energy meters.
Our certifications, your guarantee
We carry out all initial, periodic, and extraordinary inspections and calibrations of electrical energy meters and metering systems, both in the laboratory and on site. We perform fiscal inspections authorized by the Customs and Monopolies Agency, as well as checks required for GSE and TERNA purposes.

Our laboratory is equipped with primary reference instruments, periodically calibrated by accredited LAT centers.
Periodic and certified inspections for guaranteed performance
Initial, periodic, or extraordinary inspections are mandatory if:
You have meters installed on electricity generation plants (photovoltaic, wind, biomass, hydroelectric, geothermal, etc.) with a capacity exceeding 20 kW classified as "electrical workshops" by the Customs Agency.
You use meters on systems benefiting from tax or excise duty relief (e.g. meters installed on generators used for core business activities)
You have replaced an energy meter or components of the metering system, or need to remove the seals for maintenance purposes.
We also support you in monitoring regulatory deadlines:
Static meters: inspections required every 3 years.
The inspection interval extends to 5 years for induction meters.
Avoid loss of energy accounting and reduce the risk of penalties due to non-compliant inspections.
